Keeley Electronics destroyed by fire
The Edmond, Oklahoma headquarters of Robert Keeley Electronics was destroyed by fire Thursday afternoon. No one was injured. According to local reports, the facility and its contents were a total loss. Firefighters responded to the scene around 3:30pm. Windy conditions made the blaze difficult to extinguish. It reportedly took four hours to get under control. Keeley employs about 15 people and brings in over $4 million per annum. Maker of the popular Keeley Compressor and Katana pre-amp stomp expects the company can be back up and running in two months. The company has a smaller facility in Oklahoma City that builds road cases.
