Black Candy offers up fuzzy new treat
Newcomer Black Candy Effects has hit the ground running with its initial offering – a new spin on the legendary Univox Superfuzz. Black Candy’s Superfuzz Deluxe updates the Univox design with the addition of a buffered Blend input at the top, controlled by the left footswitch and a Blend control that can variably mix any signal into the output or add signal to the input, which is selected with the bottom toggle. The pedal also boasts a toggle that selects between symmetric and asymmetric clipping… and Glitch, Bias and Cut controls. The true bypass pedal is available now and is priced at $199.
