Koizumi launches Handwired-Effects
Jay Winkler Koizumi has left GuitarSlinger Products and started his own effects company dubbed Handwired-Effects. All developed products by GuitarSlinger Products (except for Alex Beyrodt Custom Tone pedal) were owned and financed by Koizumi and will be available under the Handwire-Effect banner, however, the brand name GuitarSlinger Products as well as its product names Stormbringer (pictured left), Stargazer, Double-Dealer, Fireball MKII, RR and Blizzard are owned by Alex Beyrodt of Germany. Handwired-Effects plan to launch several new products – including pedals for bass and keyboards – over the next three months.
