Fuzzhugger shows off Phantom Arcade
Tom at Fuzzhugger(fx) may be adding a deluxe version of his Phantom Ring pedal to his regular line-up soon. Built as a custom for Ryan with Dr. Scientist, the Phantom Arcade is basically the Phantom Ring with an added mode. There are four basic modes in the Phantom Ring including a cleanish octave up/ring mod tone; a big octave down fuzz, glitch, and pseudo-ring mod; a darker lower gain fuzz/OD; and a high gain, nasty octave up fuzz. The Arcade’s added toggle offers up a wild mode, lots of strange tones, but not all runaway oscillation – filtered, electronic, and other odd tones. Stay tuned!
