NAE 2011: Pedaltrain goes Grande
The fine folks at Pedaltrain not only had their new power supply entry on sale at the Nashville Amp Expo earlier this month, they also had on hand the prototype of the company’s largest board to date – the Pedaltrain Grande. The Grande is 42-inches wide by 16-inches deep – roughly the same width as two PT-2 boards put together. It’s a ton of stompbox real estate for serious pedal dwellers. The prototype at the show was populated by roughly twenty (20) pedals… including a wah and volume pedals and other larger stomps. The company is making 150 units to start to test the market for the board. Stands to reason the company would ‘go big’ after the success of going smaller via the Pedaltrain Nano.
