One day you’re watching the President’s State of the Union address about how we must ‘Win The Future’… yes, WTF! – and the next day you’re watching a baby monkey riding backwards on a pig on You Tube (damn catchy song accompanies this video). Occasionally, we run across some pedal info that we haven’t seen anywhere else. Case in point… the pic to the left. Tiny, yes, but is it real? We’re not 100% sure, but we think yes! How does the feature list compare with its larger M9 sibling? Dunno. Price? Dunno. Availability?! Dunno. All we do know is that it appears that the rumors of a Line 6 M5 are indeed true. Stay tuned!

California sim specialists Line 6 has shipped its new M13 Stompbox Modeler to stores. According to Line 6, the M13 is an all-in-one pedal board experience that features a comprehensive collection of the most sought-after stompbox sounds, a full-featured looper and super heavy duty all-metal construction. Without complicated menus or presets, M13 channels the soul and ease of a stompbox. With over 75 stompbox sounds, a 28-second looper and more, M13 provides the essential all-in-one pedal board experience. No more tearing up Velcro, no more checking a dozen 9-volt batteries! The M13 lists at $699, but will be available for closer to $499.

Line 6 touts the M13 Stompbox Modeler as an all-in-one pedal board experience that features a comprehensive collection of the most sought-after stompbox sounds, a full-featured looper and super-heavy-duty all-metal construction. Without complicated menus or presets, M13 Stompbox Modeler is said to channel the soul and ease of a stompbox.

Boasting over 75 stomp box effects including distortions, reverbs, delays (including sounds from the company’s DL4 delay pedal), and so much more, reach into M13 Stompbox Modeler for access to many of history’s most celebrated sounds. Use up to four different sounds—or four of the same—simultaneously. Each stomp box model features dedicated knobs for instant tweaking.

The production version of the M-13 is due to ship in July and carry a MSRP of $699.
